Southwestern cuisine to flow from new eatery in East Austin boutique hotel

More details about the main restaurant at the forthcoming East Austin Hotel have been revealed.

La Corsha Hospitality plans to open the boutique hotel in January. A casual ground-floor eatery called Sixth and Waller will serve up dishes such as green chili queso Benedict and a black bean burger, along with cocktails, the Austin American-Statesman reports, adding that food will have a “Southwestern flair.”
