The Milwaukee owners of Schlitz Park have an agreement to sell the downtown office campus to investors Crestlight Capital and TPG Real Estate.
The sale will involve five office buildings and three parking structures on 32 acres along the Milwaukee River. Crestlight, based in Detroit, and TPG Real Estate, with several U.S. offices, will acquire the property through a joint venture. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
