As Kevin Townsell continues to focus on building his Hofbrauhaus Buffalo location, he has renewed his effort to sell the now-closed Shannon Pub.
Townsell has retained Dennis Dargavel and Karl Puzio from Hunt Commercial Real Estate to sell the Shannon Pub property at 2250 Niagara Falls Blvd. in the Town of Tonawanda.
The 4,350-square-foot building, constructed in 1987, has a 180-person seating capacity.
Townsell is asking $599,000 for the property.
