A new charter school in Baltimore County is readying to welcome its first classes of kindergarten, and first, second and third grade students by next September.
Watershed Public Charter School has found a 10-acre site in Woodlawn and is customizing the grounds to fit its specific mission. It will open next fall at the former John Paul Regional School site at 6946 Dogwood Road. It is a major step forward for the school, which fought to gain its charter to operate earlier this year.
