The sanctuary of the historic, 145-year-old church in Northside where Urban Artifact brewery is located is being renovated and turned into an events center to host weddings, concerts and other community events.
The former St. Patrick’s Church, 1662 Blue Rock St., received $159,000 in state historic tax credits toward the $1.1 million project. The project also is pursuing federal historic tax credits and Ohio PACE financing for energy-efficient buildings.
