A hotel near the Ohio State University campus is getting some big energy efficiency upgrades.
The Marriott Hotel & Residence Inn at 3100 Olentangy River Rd. will get $16.3 million in upgrades funded through Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy, or C-PACE financing.
The 354-room property is owned and managed by UPH Holdings, LLC, an affiliate of Continental Hospitality Group and Concord Hospitality Enterprises.
