As Downtown Troy thrives, some of the last gaps in the city’s center are filling in.
Avoiding the fate seen by many a small town across the Midwest, the old historic buildings here have seen reinvestment as a group of local developers take its under-used historic buildings and, one by one, turn them into new and interesting uses. Oftentimes, these are done with a bit of help from the city.
