Another multifamily property developed by Charlotte firm Terwilliger Pappas is under new ownership.
What was formerly called Solis Ballantyne, and has since been renamed at The Flats at Ballatyne, sold for $44.2 million to Baltimore-based Continental Realty Corp., according to Terwilliger Pappas. The development firm delivered the property in partnership with real estate investment company FCP in 2016.
