Chameleon Cos. is ordering up some big changes for its restaurants.
The Austin-based real estate and restaurant company announced Dec. 21 that it will soon move the seafood eatery Guild from its home in the Lamar Central building at 38th Street and Lamar Boulevard to downtown. In its place, Chameleon will open Rosedale Kitchen & Bar.
