Nine months after entering the Triangle market with a 10-building office acquisition, Florida real estate firm Accesso Partners has made another splash in the region with the $75.5 million purchase of two office buildings on Weston Parkway in Cary.
Accesso Partners closed on a deal before Christmas for the Weston I and II buildings, located on the eastern shore of Lake Crabtree, according to county property records.
