2019 could bring the first new addition to Columbus’ skyline in over a decade.
The last addition to downtown’s high-rise profile came after the completion of the 20-story Condominiums at North Bank Park a decade ago, and before that, it was the 26-floor Miranova Condominiums. Developers had wondered aloud if Central Ohio would ever see another skyscraper again.
Indeed, this year, a surge of mid-rises dominated the proposals made around the city.
