Year in Review: Curry v. Sleiman

Years of bad blood between the owners of the Jacksonville Landing and the city reached a new tipping point in 2018. ¶ It began on May 4, when Landing owners Jacksonville Landing Investments, a subsidiary of Sleiman Enterprises, filed a motion for injunctive relief in a 2017 lawsuit that aimed to compel the city to repair the Landing’s hurricane-damaged docks.
