A commercial real estate firm in Winston-Salem that’s active in the healthcare space has made yet another multi-million dollar purchase.
Medical Realty Advisors II LLC bought the building at 137 Mount Calvary Road in Thomasville from Davidson Professional Center LLC for $1.9 million, according to a deed filed with the Davidson County Register of Deeds. The address is home to Digestive Health Specialists PA and a LabCorp Diagnostics (NYSE: LH) location and sits on about 3.4 acres.
