The founder of public relations agency Vitamin has bought a building in a prime location across from the Maryland Science Center on Light Street in Federal Hill.
A.V.M. Real Estate, which is registered to Vitamin COO and founder Michael Karfakis, bought the building at 720 Light St. for $725,000. The 6,000-square-foot, three-story building was sold by Thomas C. Shaner on Nov. 14, according to property records.
