Greensboro has moved one step closer to getting a new parking deck in downtown Greensboro.
According to a report in the Greensboro News & Record, the Greensboro City Council has hired Samet Corp./SRS Inc. as the construction manager at risk for the new parking deck on Eugene and Bellemeade streets.
The deck will be near First National Bank Field, the planned Project Slugger office building and local developer Roy Carroll’s Bellemeade hotel-apartment project
