A two-building complex in Plano that Ericsson moved out of in 2018 is available for lease and set for remodeling by the new owners, according to a story in The Dallas Morning News.
The 270,000-square foot campus is located at Tennyson and Communications Parkway, just south of Legacy West. It was built in 2013 as an expansion for Ericsson, which still occupies three nearby buildings, according to the story.
