Cedar Park City Council voted unanimously Thursday to pick Austin-based RedLeaf Partners LLC as master developer for the Bell Boulevard revitalization project.
The city and RedLeaf will spend much of the rest of 2019 hammering out an exclusive negotiation agreement and then a master developer agreement.
