A North Texas firm took the top spot on Commercial Property Executive Magazine’s annual list of the country’s top commercial development firms.
At No. 1 is Trammell Crow Co., which is credited with completing more than 34.54 million square feet between 2015 and 2017. Nationally, it also had more than 37.14 million square feet under construction as of June 30 across office, industrial, retail, multifamily, hospitality, health care categories.
