The new owner of Krog Street Market has acquired another popular intown property.
Charlotte, N.C.-based Asana Partners bought Midtown Promenade, a busy shopping center near Piedmont Park and the Atlanta Beltline that includes Trader Joe’s and the Midtown Art Cinema, along with restaurants such as MetroFresh and Apres Diem.
The price was not disclosed. Ackerman-Midtown Associates LLC was the seller, represented by CBRE’s Chris Decoufle and Kevin Reavey.
