Today we’re going to show you the largest apartment community transactions.
And there were some big ones this year – including University Village in Greensboro. The New York-based real estate investment firm Vesper Holdings bought the 203-unit, 11.2-acre student housing community at 501 University Drive near UNC-Greensboro.
The price tag: $40.3 million.
That makes it the largest real estate transaction…
