A large national retailer is taking over a Greater Cincinnati Walmart that has sat vacant for most of the past 12 years.
Appliance Factory & Mattress Kingdom signed a lease to locate in the former Tri-County Walmart at 600 Kemper Commons Circle. With the exception of a brief occupancy by Home Emporium, that location has sat vacant since 2006.
