ServiceMac, a mortgage subservicing company, is moving its operations to a 100,000-square-foot office in Bailes Ridge Corporate Park in Indian Land, South Carolina.
The move is expected to create 1,000 jobs in the region over the next five years. ServiceMac is investing $24 million in the project.
