A company managed by Keith M. Menin, head of Menin Hospitality, sold the restaurant space at the bottom of the Axis Brickell condo in Miami for $11.5 million.
LMNR AXIS Properties, managed by Menin, sold the 13,724 square feet of restaurant/commercial at 79 S.W. 12th Street space to 1111 Landlord LLC, managed by Mathieu Massa of Miami-based Massa Investment Group. Iberiabank provided a $9.2 million mortgage to the buyer.
The price equated to $838 per square foot.
