Marietta shopping center sold for $44.2 million

A shopping center in Marietta has been sold for $44.2 million.

InvenTrust Properties Corp. said Wednesday it has purchased Sandy Plains Centre, a 124,000-square-foot center anchored by The Kroger Co. and Pets Supply Plus.
