From the Marshall Hotel redevelopment to the Folsom Plan Area, a lot of long-planned projects began in 2018.
The new year will likely bring several others forward, from a contentious casino project in Elk Grove to new central Sacramento housing to redevelopment of a portion of a mall in Roseville.
