Dallas developer KDC has formed a joint venture with Fine Line Diversified Development to construct Class A office space on 60 acres in a high-profile Fort Worth development.
Per a news release, KDC and Fort Worth’s Fine Line, a division of Bass Companies, are planning the space at Champions Circle, a 500-acre mixed-use development anchored by the Marriott Conference Center Resort Hotel & Golf Club and Tanger Outlet Center.
