Plans for the future home of Fluor Enterprises Inc.’s Sugar Land campus are moving forward.
Sugar Land City Council approved rezoning the nearly 50.31-acre site at a Dec. 18 meeting, and the company aims to break ground in March, Community Impact reports. The subsidiary of Irving, Texas-based Fluor Corp. (NYSE: FLR) currently has a Sugar Land campus at 1 Fluor Daniel Drive. The new site is in Telfair, a master-planned community developed by California-based Newland Communities.
