La Colombe d’Or in Montrose, a boutique hotel in Montrose, and its restaurant, Cinq, will be closed for more than a year for a major remodel.
The restaurant’s last dinner service will be on Dec. 31, according to a press release. The full menu will be served.
Houston-based interior design firm Rottet Studio is handling all of the interior design, and Houston-based Forney Construction has been working on the project, said Dan Zimmerman, whose family owns La Colombe d’Or.
