One industrial park in the Katy area has been called off, but another one nearby is about to break ground.
Houston-based Hines has canceled plans to develop Pintail Crossing with land owner Katy Partners Ltd., Community Impact reports. Plans for the 150-acre Class A business park were announced in May. The Houston Business Journal reached out to Hines for more information, but the company had no comment at this time.
