About a year after wrapping up the first phase of its 1 million-square-foot regional office project at Legacy West, JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to expand its campus.
According to a report from the Dallas Morning News, JPMorgan Chase (NYSE: JPM) filed preliminary plans for the hub’s second phase with Plano’s planning and zoning department.
The latest plans for the site propose a 7-story, 1,900-space parking garage, the Morning News reported.
