Boston Properties has finalized a 300,000-square-foot lease to hedge fund Millennium Management at the longtime former Citigroup headquarters in New York City.
The deal brings Boston Properties’ (NYSE: BXP) 40-story 399 Park Ave. building to 93 percent leased. The tower had been home to Citigroup (NYSE: C) for decades prior to the firm’s relocation to 388 Greenwich St. in 2015. Citigroup had occupied 40 percent of the tower prior to its relocation.
