Hunter Truck signed a 10-year lease on 81,226 square feet of office and warehouse space at 2811 Charter Road in Philadelphia.
Hunter plans to open a full-service commercial truck dealership and leasing company at the property. It expects to have 40 to 50 people working from the space the first year of operation.
The landlord is Charter Road Realty. Chris Pennington of Binswanger arranged the lease.
