A California developer has added a tenant to its warehouse construction project in Hilliard.
American Furukawa has signed a lease for about 195,000 square feet of space at the new warehouse that recently broke ground at 1860 Walcutt Rd. near the intersection of Trabue Road.
The company will occupy two-thirds of the space in the planned 293,000-square-foot warehouse, according to the property’s developer, Los Angeles-based Hackman Capital Partners.
