A high-end apartment complex in the 1,500-acre master-planned community under development near Interstate 295 and the Florida 9B exit will break ground in early 2019, developers behind the project announced Monday.
The 332-unit community, a Catalyst Development Partners project, will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Construction is planned to be completed in spring 2020.
