Plans for a development in Gahanna, which had been stalled, look to be moving again.
Developers David Glimcher and Lenni Male, and their Berkshire Township-based Blue Horseshoe Development LLC, are moving ahead with a new plan for the previously announced Hamilton Towne Centre development at 4574 N. Hamilton Rd. The project had been put in limbo following Glimcher’s split from Tony Sekulovski and New Albany-based Blue Horseshoe Ventures Ltd. in October.
