Four Columbus properties sell in three-city megadeal

A Dallas-based real estate company has cleared a deal for 1.43 million square feet of property across three cities, including four Columbus buildings.

Westmount Realty Capital LLC bought 12 buildings, including seven in Cincinnati, four in Columbus and one in Chicago. The seller was Alberta, Canada-based real estate group Ivanhoe Cambridge, which bought them for a combined price of $20.62 million in July 2017.
