Foundry Commercial has expanded its footprint in and around Research Triangle Park, buying the office building at 2530 Meridian Parkway for $17.9 million.
The real estate firm acquired the 104,400-square-foot facility from JPB Holdings. The Rochester, New York-based investor previously bought the building in 2015 for $15.2 million, with plans to upgrade its common area and landscaping.
