After sitting mostly empty for over a year, the former headquarters of the area’s largest private company has been sold.
Dairy Farmers of America Inc. first announced it would be moving its global headquarters and more than 300 jobs from the Northland area of Kansas City, Mo., to Kansas City, Kan. in 2015. The milk cooperative completed its move in 2017.
According to a release, the 109,193-square-foot Northpointe Tower was 25 percent occupied after its anchor tenant left.
