GateHouse Media has applied for a permit for the build-out of the future Florida Times-Union office space on the second story of the Wells Fargo tower downtown.
The build-out of the 25,282-square-foot space is valued at $45,858, according to the permit. Work on the project includes drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing and electrical. Dav-Lin Interior Contractors is the general contractor.
