Downtown Cincinnati Inc. will become an affiliate of the Cincinnati Center City Development Corp., which the two organizations hope will lead to cost savings that could be used to expand programming and services, their leaders announced Thursday.
A majority of DCI’s 47-member board voted for the agreement on Thursday with some abstentions. The agreement takes effect on Jan. 1.
