A judge has affirmed that Dick’s Last Resort owes rent it stopped paying when it closed its restaurant across from Nationwide Arena eight years and three months before the end of its lease.
The Franklin County Court of Common Pleas adopted the recommendation of a magistrate this fall that Nationwide Realty Investors is entitled to $569,752 in damages, much of it unpaid rent.
