After seeking millions of dollars in capital, a Boston-based fitness concept is entering the Texas market with two Dallas-Fort Worth locations.
Fit Factory, which filed a Form D in October looking to raise $33 million, plans to build 10 facilities in North Texas ranging between 25,000 and 40,000 square feet. One, set to be located at 320 Winecup Way in Garland’s Firewheel Town Center, will span 36,900 square feet. Another slated for Colleyville Downs, a shopping center at 4843 Colleyville Blvd.…
