Charter school will move into former McNally Smith building

The former McNally Smith College of Music building will be a school again later this year, as an east-side charter school takes up residence there.

The Pioneer Press reports on the plans for Upper Mississippi Academy, which expects to begin classes in the downtown St. Paul college building this fall.
