Construction is scheduled to start in summer 2019 on a Wangard Partners Inc. upscale condominium project on Milwaukee’s lower east side, representing the first large-scale new condo development for the downtown Milwaukee area in about a decade.
The project’s first phase will consist of 70 units, Wangard said in a Monday press release. The development at 1701 N. Water St. will be called Brady & Water for its location where East Brady Street meets North Water Street.
