Chamblin's mixed-use project gets DDRB approval

A mixed-use project near the corner of Laura Street and Monroe Street was given the thumbs up by the Downtown Development Review Board Thursday.

Chamblin Bookmine owner Ron Chamblin received board approval for facade improvements at 225 N. Laura Street, a building he plans to renovate into retail and residential space.
