A retail center near Perimeter Mall in Dunwoody could get redeveloped with a new grocery store.
An affiliate of Branch Properties LLC filed plans in Dunwoody to redevelop 10 acres it owns across Ashford Dunwoody Road from a Walmart Supercenter.
The project would add retail and restaurant uses, improve the streetscape and introduce patio seating, pedestrian walkways and gathering areas, according to the plans.
