Flats on 4th landed a $10.9 million refinance for the construction loan, according to information from Barings Multifamily Capital.
Flats on 4th, developed by Watts Realty, has 86 units and is located on Fourth Avenue South just blocks from Regions Field and Railroad Park. The project was part of a wave of multifamily development that happened in the area in the last decade.
