As part of a design challenge, designers from Denmark envisioned a mixed-use community hub for a neighborhood along Dallas’ Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard – a roughly two-mile stretch of road with liquor stores, run down buildings and a troubled past that has long been in need of change.
