Franklin-based Bristol Development Group is moving forward with a two-building apartment project on Dickerson Pike.
Nashville Post reports that the project, planned for the former home of Charlie Bob’s Restaurant, will include 205 units.
Bristol will seek a rezoning for the 4.5-acre property next month. The four parcels have addresses of 1330 and 1336 Dickerson Pike and 136 and 138 Elmhurst Pike.
