A Taco Bell restaurant is coming to a former Subway location at 74 Summer St. in Boston’s Downtown Crossing.
The location appears to be the first Taco Bell in downtown Boston. The fast-casual “Mexican-inspired” eatery has nine area locations, including West Roxbury, Lynn, Cambridge, Everett and Saugus, among others.
An electrical permit is posted on the window of 74 Summer St. announcing plans to renovate the existing space to a new Taco Bell.
